The Relevance of traditional advertising

Some might think that traditional advertising is not as relevant as it was, because digital advertising is invading the industry, but we just need to remind ourselves why traditional advertising is relevant.

Firstly we need to establish that traditional advertising is not dead, and has never died and has never resurrected and come back to life it is very much alive, and people still pay close attention to it.

Even though traditional advertising is still there, people might think it has lost its relevance because it does not connect to a wider audience, but we tend to forget that with traditional advertising you get to connect to real people, so instead of connecting to those online hackers, whose only interest is hacking something on the web, you get to connect to your ordinary folks, which is something online media cannot help you fulfill, do not get me wrong I am not saying that people using online platforms are bots.

Another factor to consider if you are still battling with the question of whether or not traditional advertising is relevant remember that with new media, you can only reach a specific audience with in turn alienates the older generation who are not so clued up about online media and relate well to traditional media.

So at the end of the day the key fundamental to getting maximum results is to balance your exposure between the two, do not neglect the other in the efforts of thinking that the one that is more relevant.

So over and above, the two different types of advertising approaches are both important with an integrated strategy then companies are sure to get their much needed results.

After all we need to note that at the end of the day consumers are not the biggest fans of online ads, as they prevent them from their end goal online.
